At Afnan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Afnan account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
